觀南步道Kuan nan pavement
可從鴛鴦池往上走即到達觀南步道入口，沿路風景秀麗、風光明媚，桐花時節也是個賞桐花的好地方。
Going up by the Mandarin duck pool and keep going then you will reach the entrance of da Kuan nan pavement.
Fantastic and enchanting scenery accompanies you along the path.
It’s also an awesome place to watching the beautiful Aleurites Montana fall.

鶼鰈情深(陳家農場) Chen's farm
在鴛鴦池前方不遠處，即是陳家農場的入口。以木頭釘出字和圖案，別具特色。The entrance of the Chen's farm is not far from the Mandarin duck's pool.
Words and pattern nailed out on the wood is characteristic of it.

鶼鰈情深(陳家農場) Chen's farm
農場經營是以和蝴蝶復育為主的客家餐廳。農場裡的非常美 。
It is the restaurant which is devoted to recovery of Hercules beetles and butterflies.
There are many beautiful larch in this farm.

有一條種滿桂花的桂花步道，走在其中花香撲鼻，猶如置身仙境。

陳家農場內有一條霽月步道，油桐花季節靄靄白雪紛飛，不僅可以觀景、也可以健身。There is a Ji yueh pavement in the Chen’s farm, and you can see the Aleurites Montana fall, which looks like snow, from the sky in April .
You can enjoy the awesome scenery and strengthen your body by walking in this pavement.

福德宮? Ford temple
結束陳家農場的行程後, 順道去福德宮拜拜土地公婆,祈求婚姻幸福美滿.
After finishing the journey of Chen’s farm, you can also go to the Ford temple in order to pray for a joyful marriage.

進入的第一個農場，名為雙喜農場。農場旁的在我們造訪的季節呈現了非常漂亮的黃綠色澤，十分賞心悅目。?
The first lake which you see when you enter the Jiuchong Hu is called Double happiness farm. The Swamp Cypress near the farm is in the season now, and it has presented very beautiful yellowish green color and luster. It’s very pleasing.

中午，當然要吃最有名的新埔粄條囉!這間店到了假日用餐時間總是高朋滿座，坐到馬路邊了。

It’s time for lunch. Needlessly to say, we certainly should have the most famous meal, Sinpu rice noodles.
This restaurant is always filled with gourmands on weekends. Sometimes, even the guests need to sit and have their meals by the road.

用餐後，來到八十年歷史的義順製冰廠，除了招牌冰棒之外，店家自製的桔醬也頗有名氣。

After having a meal, we move on to Yishun ice plant, which has already run for nearly 80 years.
Besides those well-known ice lollies, their handmade tangerine sauce is quite famous as well.

下午，去看看曬柿餅的壯觀場面吧!
味衛佳柿餅後山約三公頃的果園裡，有二百餘棵的柿樹，柿子成熟時，滿山紅紅的一片。劉理鑑先生秉持薪傳的精神，將先祖傳下之好功夫加以發揚，堅持依古法、利用日曬及木材燒烤方式製作出精緻、傳統又高品質柿餅，廣受大眾喜愛。
Wei Wei Chia Dried Persimmon Cake
In the afternoon, let us go to see the spectacular scene of drying persimmons!
There are about two hundred persimmon trees in Wei Wei Chia Orchard which occupies about three hectares.
When the persimmons are ripe, the whole mountain will be colored in red.
Mr. Lui adheres to spirit of passing down. He makes the best of traditional working skills and express it perfectly meanwhile.
He insists on using the traditional way to exposing persimmons under the sunlight and cooking in lumber.
With those steps, he successfully produces traditional, exquisite dried persimmon with high quality.
Therefore, these persimmons are great favored by people in Taiwan.

接著，新埔天主堂也是一個必去的景點。
新埔天主堂是在民國４４年桑神父傳教時所建，是西班牙式建築，座落於民生接和中正路交接口。粉色系的牆面，讓這座天主堂看起來平易近人，夾在傳統和現代建築中竟沒有一點不協調，從牆外往內望去，有一點置身國外的空間錯覺。
